Arts and Draughts and Free Times Crawl
Columbia Museum of Art
7:00pm
Arts & Draughts: Free Times Music Crawl edition

Aliens. Terminator 2. The Dark Knight. The Road Warrior. The Empire Strikes Back.
Sometimes, sequels really are better.

The Columbia Museum of Art and Free Times, two of Columbia’s coolest institutions, have once again partnered two of their signature events — the Free Times Music Crawl and Arts & Draughts — to create one, mega-huge, ultra-big super event.
Started in 1999, the Music Crawl is Free Times’ annual celebration of local and regional music, growing from a small-time shindig into one of Columbia’s
signature musical events. Last year’s Crawl was the first two-day Crawl, a result of its partnership with the Columbia Museum of Art’s flagship Arts and Draughts art party series. This year, they’re doing it again. Bigger. Better. Faster. Stronger.
Two’s a party, but three’s a really awesome time. Be there, or kindly be square.

Featuring: live performances by Floating Action, Bombadil, Kovacs and the Polar Bear, Sea Wolf Mutiny and beer tastings of New Belgium beers from the Whig, unique perspective tours of Mark Rothko: The Decisive Decade 1940-1950, and the Museum's Collection, great food from Earth Fare and Bone In artisan bbq truck, DIY art projects, scavenger hunts through the galleries, interactive art, bingo games and so many more surprises in store! Don't miss this monster edition of Arts & Draughts and get ready to party with the Free Times Music Crawl!
Art, drink and be happy!

$8/$5 for members, join or renew that night and get in free!
$13 for A&D and Music Crawl combo ticket (must be 21 to purchase)

Tickets are available online now! https://tickets.columbiamuseum.org/public/show_events_list.asp?shcode=223

Come to the historic Barringer Building (1338 Man Street), the first skyscraper built in Columbia, and help me party with everyone that's meant so much to my life for the first quarter century.

Also, as many of you know, next year Mayor Steve Benjamin is up for re-election and I'd like for you to help me support one of my mentors by donating ($25) to his re-election effort.

*You can be a host of the fundraiser for $100!

Please visit www.stevebenjamin.com/sam_birthday to RSVP and donate to Mayor Benjamin's re-election effort.
